Profile

Tania Tse became a member of Chambers in 2018. Tania has a mixed practice, with experience in matters of company law, commercial law, land law, family law, and general criminal work. She also has extensive experience in advising on IPOs, transactions and conveyancing. She is a well regarded junior with excellent advocacy and the ability to provide solid work on complicated documentation within a tight time frame.

Tania is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua and is able to conduct hearings in both Chinese and English as a sole advocate in all levels of Court.

Advised on potential non-compliance, legal risks of a company's business for the purpose of listing, in relation to its supply of pharmaceutical products under Hong Kong law, including the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap. 138) and the Import and Export Ordinance (Cap. 60).

Advised on a company's compliance with the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41) and the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) in relation to its insurance business in Hong Kong - extraterritorial effect of sanctions considered.

Advised on numerous listed companies, their directors and subsidiaries in compliance and enforcement proceedings.
